Henry Banyenzaki is a Ugandan politician. He is the current State Minister for Economic Monitoring in the Office of the President in the Ugandan Cabinet. He was appointed to that position on 27 May 2011.[1] He replaced Vincent Nyanzi, who was appointed State Minister in the Office of the Vice President. Henry Banyenzaki is also the elected Member of Parliament for "Rubanda County West", Kabale District.
